Position Title: Business Developer X (1)
Reporting to: Chief of Operations

Requirements:
Qualifications
• Grade 12 certificate
• 6 years’ experience in the same or similar field
• B Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven working experience as a Business Developer
• Must be proficient in MS Office

Job Description:
• Identify and research clients
• Develop and maintain client relationship
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with Stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from client and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
• Track and report on the status of proposal components
• Conduct ongoing market research
• Work with the tender department to create rate proposals
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Compiling Quotations, baseline project plans and tenders as well as site surveys
