Position Title: Debtors / Creditors Clerk X (1)

Reporting to: Financial Manager

Job Requirements: Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Accounting as Grade 12 subjects

• Minimum of a Diploma in Finance or equivalent.

• 5 years’ work experience as debtors/creditors clerk
• Proficient in MS Office

Job Description:

• Thorough understanding of and experience in the full administration and reconciliation process of

creditors’ accounts.

• Knowledge of accounting practices, principles and reporting of financial data.

• Ability to work accurately and deal with high volumes of work.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to work independently, as well as a team member.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
