Position Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator X (1)
Reporting to: Business Development Director

 

 The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. Responsible for managing
all costs related to structural, mechanical, piping & platework engineering projects, ensuring value for money while
meeting the required quality and standards.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in the same or similar field
• Proven working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience and knowledge of Structural, Mechanical, Piping & Platework
• Must be proficient in MS Office

Job Description:
• Performing research, gathering quotations, preparing reports, and monitoring forecast plans
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
• Manage project finances from inception to completion
• Conduct cost analysis and risk management
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor and control project expenditure
• Prepare and assess tenders and contracts
